The project manager will take part in development and planning work in the company.
This planning work shall insure that allocation, exertion in respective departments is visualized in hours and tons in components and production capacities, within own and subcontractors workshops.
This position of employments includes 2 parts: purchase and project.
The purchase part includes that the candidate will be given the necessary authorizations to perform the following working instructions:
-Arrange that current and correct spec is ready in time.
-Establish contact with necessary subcontractors in teamwork with purchasing department.
-Make shore that orders happens within right times, to the right price and according to the company’s
terms and political statements.
-Variations beyond the budgets must be reported to AV for acceptance.
-Establish routine for control of production arrivals in collaboration with QA/IN(production)
-Establish routine for controls of invoices and bookkeeping of products and invoices in collaboration with ØK/AV/IN
-Establish routines for orders, control of offers and contracts demands.
The project part includes:
-Establish in teamwork with AV routines for deliveries of contracts from offers/sales department (Question and answer dialog)
-Establish routines for contracts handling, project organization.
-realize Production plan like: project files, project documentation, operating manual, project calculation conf AV, cost calculation/cost analysis, handle subcontractors/outside vendors in teamwork with purchasing department.
-Invoicing in teamwork with ØK/PI department
-Establish routines for control and marking in cooperation with IN/PI of products delivered to main outside vendor.
-Establish routines for handling the insurance problematic for goods in warehouse and products under transport.
-Establish routines for ends of controlling procedures in cooperation with AVP/QA
-Establish procedure files within own department.
-Establish procedure for deviation handling within own department.
-Establish routines for project rapport in cooperation with SS;TS;AVP;IN;MS projects.

Candidate\'s profile:

-minimum 5 years of experience in the field;
-degree as manager / project engineer;
-strong English command.
